Nadine Stewart

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Nadine graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and brings over 15 years of diverse clinical experience to her work in women’s health. Before finding her true calling in pelvic health physiotherapy, Nadine was very much a “Jill of all trades,” working across Queensland, New South Wales, the ACT and Victoria in hospital, private practice and occupational rehabilitation settings.

Her broad clinical background spans musculoskeletal, respiratory, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, aged care and occupational health, as well as providing physiotherapy services to Indigenous communities in regional Queensland. This depth of experience allows Nadine to look at the body as a whole and tailor care to each woman’s unique needs and life stage.

Nadine has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health, dance physiotherapy and Pilates. After becoming a mum to two wonderfully busy children herself, she brings not only clinical expertise but also a genuine, compassionate understanding of the physical and emotional realities of pregnancy, postnatal recovery and motherhood.

She is particularly passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period, with a strong focus on safe return to exercise and confidence in everyday functional tasks like lifting, carrying and caring for little ones. Nadine also has a special interest in the management of incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and mastitis.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Nadine spending quality time with her family (often learning far more than expected about monster trucks, unicorns or Lego), getting out on a hike, enjoying Pilates, sipping a good cup of tea or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
