Classes We Offer

Our Classes

Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of each physiotherapist. All classes and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Attend either face to face or via Zoom!

Pre-class Assessment

Prior to beginning classes we recommend a pre-class assessment.
It is required by your health fund if you are planning to claim the classes for a rebate from your health fund.
If you are not planning to claim the classes we still recommend the assessment so that you are aware of your own biomechanics and core strength and so that the classes are optimally tailored to your needs.

When To Begin Classes

If attending our pregnancy or postnatal classes, you can begin classes from 12 weeks into your pregnancy and 6 weeks post birth.

Class Times

Each class runs for 45 minutes

What to Bring

Bring along a drink bottle and towel. 
If you are bringing your bub along please also bring a playmat, capsule or bouncer. We have a creche area filled with toys available for bigger toddlers.

Rebates

All classes are eligible for health insurance rebates provided you are covered for physiotherapy.

Matwork Pilates

Our signature matwork class that we’ve had since 2013! Created and led by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health exercise physiologists. This class will increase your whole body strength with a focus on safe core and pelvic floor movements, no matter your fitness level.

Run in our open class space which makes them baby and child friendly. Feel free to bring children of any ages and don’t forget to bring a mat and toys for them to enjoy the class as well.

Perfect for all fitness levels and conditions, postnatal and pregnant mothers.

Can’t make it to the studio? We’ve got you covered with the option to join in from home via Zoom.

Strength & Cardio

This condensed 45min class will get your heart racing to great music while focusing on whole body strength, cardiovascular fitness, core and pelvic floor coordination and endurance. Scalable for all fitness levels and pelvic floor conditions. Under the instruction of women’s health professionals, you’ll feel empowered with the knowledge and tools to safely progress your fitness and strength.

Booty & Core

Ready to feel the beat, and burn? This class will raise your heart rate and booty in time to the music. A low impact, high intensity workout run by women’s health professionals. We’ll have you feeling your booty, thighs and core using elements of barre, mat pilates and ballet strength routines. No dance experience required!

Can’t make it to class? We’ve got you covered with the option to join in from home via Zoom.

Cardio (Return To Running) Reformer

The perfect way to progress back or be an adjunct to your running / high intensity workouts.

Designed by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health exercise physiologists. Our reformer jump boards are a seriously fun way to build your core and lower limb muscular strength as well as your cardiovascular endurance.

AWH Reformer

Our signature reformer class that will take your whole body strength, tone and stability to the next level. Our classes are created and led by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health exercise physiologists. We adapt and alter your exercises to your needs to ensure not only an extremely effective but safe workout. Perfect for all fitness levels and conditions, postnatal and pregnant mothers.

Reformer & Resistance

The perfect combination of exercises to progress you to heavier resistance training and strength endurance whilst keeping your pelvic floor and core safe. This class utilises our reformers and free weights, and is delivered in a circuit/ superset style for maximum body (and mind!) benefits

The Queen-Agers Reformer

A class designed for ladies over 50! Led by our experienced pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health exercise physiologists. This class utilises both our reformers and free weights to build strength, tone, stability and endurance in a safe, supported environment.

Pregnancy Reformer

Congratulations on your pregnancy! This class is created specifically for expecting mamas by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health exercise physiologists. It delivers evidence based exercises that will keep you feeling strong and supported as your body changes to accommodate your baby, and prepare you for post delivery. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy after attending a preclass or initial assessment.

Women In Medicine Reformer

This reformer class is designed specifically for our medical community. We created this class so medical women have a space free from work and clients, which means their focus can be solely on themselves. These 45 min classes are designed to focus on high quality movement and technique whilst choosing the intensity you wish during class.

If you are unsure what you should be attending, we highly recommend attending a Preclass Assessment with our clinicians. They will assess your body and make recommendations for returning to training.

These classes can be claimed with your private health fund if a pre-class assessment is attended.
