Classes We Offer

Our Classes

Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of each physiotherapist. All classes and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Attend either face to face or via Zoom!

Pre-class Assessment

Prior to beginning classes we recommend a pre-class assessment.
It is required by your health fund if you are planning to claim the classes for a rebate from your health fund.
If you are not planning to claim the classes we still recommend the assessment so that you are aware of your own biomechanics and core strength and so that the classes are optimally tailored to your needs.

When To Begin Classes

If attending our pregnancy or postnatal classes, you can begin classes from 12 weeks into your pregnancy and 6 weeks post birth.

Class Times

Each class runs for 45 minutes

What to Bring

Bring along a drink bottle and towel. 
If you are bringing your bub along please also bring a playmat, capsule or bouncer. We have a creche area filled with toys available for bigger toddlers.

Rebates

All classes are eligible for health insurance rebates provided you are covered for physiotherapy.

Mum Fit

The mum fit category of classes are designed just for our mums ! These classes are aimed to help increase all over body strength with a focus on safe core and pelvic floor movements. These classes also include cardio to get your heart racing during a condensed 45min toning workout. These classes are in on open space which makes them baby and child friendly. Feel free to bring children of any ages and don’t forget to bring a mat and toys for them to enjoy the class as well.

If attending a reformer class we ask that all babies and children are contained in a pram during the class for safety.

Can’t make it to class ? We have got you covered.

These classes can also be attended online so you can train from the comfort of your house with the energy of a real class.

Bump Fit

The bump fit category of classes is for our expecting mums & new mums. These classes are designed with your changing body in mind whilst allowing you to maintain fitness and strength. This 45 min class is individually adjusted for your term of pregnancy or post birth. If a new mum your welcome to bring babies up to 6 months of age.

Can’t make it to class ? We have got you covered. These classes can also be attended online so you can train from the comfort of your house with the energy of a real class.

Fem Fit

The fem fit category is for women in all stages of life. Young, old, middle aged, 2 children or no children. These are CHILD FREE classes so you can focus of you and only you. These 45 min classes are designed to truly get your heart pumping and muscles burning. We aren’t here to mess around! We understand most of us are time poor but health conscious which is why we aim to get the most from each class.

Can’t make it to class ? We have got you covered. These classes can also be attended online so you can train from the comfort of your house with the energy of a real class.

Medic Mum Fit

Medic Mum Fit is a class we designed specifically for our medical community. These classes are designed for mums from the medical field who are pregnant or recently given birth. We created this class so medical mums had a space free from work and clients, which means their focus can be solely on themselves. These 45 min classes are designed to focus on quality movement whilst choosing the intensity you wish during class

If you are unsure what you should be attending, we highly recommend attending a Preclass Assessment with our clinicians. They will assess your body and make recommendations for returning to training.

These classes can be claimed with your private health fund if a pre-class assessment is attended.
