During pregnancy there are a lot of changes happening within our body . There are a lot of conditions or aches and pains associated with the weight gain of a growing baby and the hormonal changes happening within your body. Pregnancy can also be a time where you are uncertain about what exercise you should be doing and how to best prepare for labour and postpartum recovery.

Heads and migraines can affect your daily living quickly. However, many of the muscles, nerves and joints within the head and neck can contribute to ongoing symptoms. Although many things can contribute to headaches and migraines the management of all causing factors can help with long term management.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 9 women and can lead to extreme pain, infertility, and reduced quality of life. Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of the uterus, commonly found on the ovaries, bowel, fallopian tubes. This endometrial like tissue acts like normal endometrial tissue and bleeds and breaks down with each menstrual cycle. As this endometrial like tissue is not able to be excreted like a normal endometrial tissue, it leads to scar tissue and adhesions.

Lower back pain can range from acute through to chronic and can impact the daily movement of a person drastically. Lower back pain can affect just about any person and has a range of mechanism of injury. Lower back pain doesn’t need to be a sentence to the end of exercise and free daily living with many treatment and rehabilitation options available.
