Having moved around for most of her 20s it was a desire for connection that first brought Megan to Yoga. She immersed herself into her studio community; eventually completing a 200hr teacher training through Power Living in 2019, she has been teaching Vinyasa and relax classes for the past five years. Megan is a Mum of two and also started teaching mum and bub classes with her daughter in tow in 2021. her aim is to inspire and encourage mums to cultivate a yoga practice with their babies by offering a practice that caters to mum life and bubs of all ages between the naps and strops and cuddles you can dip in and out whenever wherever you like.
