Ellie has always had a passion for women’s and pelvic health physiotherapy and has been working in both the public and private sector since graduating university.

Ellie is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care and enjoys treating pelvic health conditions across all the life stages – whether it be neck pain in new Mum’s, chronic bladder or bowel dysfunction, or complex pelvic pain.

Ellie enjoys thinking outside the box to develop treatment plans in-line with your goals, and loves using exercise and movement to facilitate positive changes that actually last!

Ellie is passionate about learning and providing evidence-based care to her patients. You will often find Ellie participating in professional development courses throughout the year.

    • Ellie is a new Mum herself and welcomed her first baby in February 2023
    • Ellie’s cat is called Mr Alfie Pancakes!
    • Ellie loves to keep active through running, strength training, HIIT, and reformer Pilates.
    • Ellie was both a competitive swimmer and dancer in her youth, but she cannot dance now.
    • Before physio, Ellie completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and worked in a high-end health club in London delivering exercise to many high-profile celebrities!
