COURTNEY NANCE

Physiotherapist, Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor, WHTA member, APA member

Courtney graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). While working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in private practice, Courtney developed a special interest in women’s health and has completed extensive postgraduate training.

Courtney enjoys treating a variety of women’s health concerns including incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain. She particularly loves helping women stay active during pregnancy and return to exercise postpartum through her other passion – Pilates.

Courtney also has a background in dance and takes pre-pointe assessments to prepare dancers for pointe work. She currently works with full time dancers at Queensland College of Dance and has contributed to Dancetrain magazine to educate dancers about pelvic floor dysfunction and other health issues.

When she is not at work, Courtney enjoys camping with her partner, spending time with her family on the Tweed coast and cuddles with her cats Poppy and Sully.
