Bella Mirosch

Exercise Physiologist

Bella’s goal is to help women of all ages feel comfortable and capable in the gym environment.

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Bella graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) before completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2025. Her Master’s thesis explored the effects of exercise on pregnant women at risk of pre-eclampsia. Bella is inspired by the opportunity to contribute to research, where women’s health has historically been underrepresented. She is committed to translating the latest evidence into her practice to support the unique needs of every woman.

Bella is passionate about women’s health and dedicated to helping women thrive at every stage of life. She enjoys working with women of all ages, helping them build strength and lifelong healthy habits through exercise. With a particular interest in pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and women with more complex health needs, Bella is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports women through the physiological changes they experience across their lives.

Bella’s goal is to help women of all ages feel comfortable and capable in the gym environment. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel heard and understood, and where they receive clear, personalised guidance to support their overall wellbeing. Bella looks forward to supporting women as they build confidence and a deeper understanding of their health, while continuing to grow and develop as a clinician through the experiences they share with her.

Outside the clinic, Bella enjoys staying active and practising what she preaches (most of the time!). You’ll usually find her at the gym, out for a run, at Pilates, or exploring the outdoors on a camping trip.
