Aisling graduated from the University of Limerick, Ireland with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy. Aisling has worked in both the public and private setting, supporting women through every stage of life in many vulnerable and transformative moments, which has shaped a diverse and empathetic approach to care.

Aisling enjoys supporting women during pregnancy with safe education and guidance along with the management of symptoms postpartum. Aisling has a keen interest in persistent pelvic pain, helping women regain confidence, improve quality of life, and feel empowered in their bodies through a holistic, individualised care plan.

Aisling loves running, strength training and having competed at the highest level of Gaelic games in Ireland, has a strong appreciation for sport, movement and performance. Aisling is passionate for supporting women of all abilities with the goal of reducing pelvic health-related barriers, optimising performance and recovery, to achieve strong functional outcomes and reach full potential.
