Agnieszka Biniek

Advanced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Senior MSK Physiotherapist

Agnieszka (Aga) graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2006. Since moving to Brisbane in 2010, she has worked in private practice, focusing on the treatment and rehabilitation of clients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Aga has a special interest in treating neck pain, headaches, and migraines, and has completed Level 1 and 2 training with the Watson Headache® Institute. She is also highly skilled in dry needling which she has found very effective in relieving pain and promoting recovery.

With a genuine passion for women’s health, Aga is dedicated to educating and empowering women to feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of life. She has completed Level 1 and 2 of the APA Women’s Pelvic Health training.

She is also a certified Pilates instructor, having trained with DMA Clinical Pilates and Polestar Pilates. Aga regularly incorporates Pilates into her client’s rehabilitation to help them improve their strength, mobility, and overall function.

She has a holistic approach to care, combining hands-on treatment with education and exercise to help her clients maintain long-term health and wellbeing.

Outside the clinic, Aga enjoys spending time with her family – her two little girls keep her on her toes! She also loves reading, travelling, and enjoying good food.
