Mothers' Group

We’re here to change the stats on motherhood isolation! More than just a mother’s group – this is your village. Our physio-led 6 week Mum & Bub program combines gentle postnatal exercise with expert-led education in a supportive, baby-friendly space.

All Women’s Health Mothers Group sessions run for 45 minutes, commencing with a short 30 minute workout which is designed to be specific to our new mums who are recovering from pregnancy and birth. Following some gentle exercise we sit down over a coffee for an evidence based education session, topics changing weekly on a 6 week rotation basis.

Join in at any time! No experience with us specifically or with exercise is necessary. We do usually suggest a pre class assessment prior to commencing these classes to ensure the exercise we are prescribing is specific to you, but this is not required.
