Classes We Offer

Our Classes

Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of each physiotherapist. All classes and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Attend either face to face or via Zoom!

Pre-class Assessment

Prior to beginning classes we recommend a pre-class assessment.
It is required by your health fund if you are planning to claim the classes for a rebate from your health fund.
If you are not planning to claim the classes we still recommend the assessment so that you are aware of your own biomechanics and core strength and so that the classes are optimally tailored to your needs.

When To Begin Classes

If attending our pregnancy or postnatal classes, you can begin classes from 12 weeks into your pregnancy and 6 weeks post birth.

Class Times

Each class runs for 45 minutes

What to Bring

Bring along a drink bottle and towel. 
If you are bringing your bub along please also bring a playmat, capsule or bouncer. We have a creche area filled with toys available for bigger toddlers.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy (after 12 weeks), these sessions offer a supportive space to move, connect, and prepare for the beauty and chaos of motherhood with confidence.

Clinical Reformer:

Build strength, stability, and confidence with our physio-led reformer classes designed for women at all life stages. With a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture, and functional strength, each session is tailored to your goals – whether you’re returning to exercise, managing pelvic health concerns or an injury, or looking to level up your fitness safely. Expert guidance. Personalised support.

Clinical Matwork:

Strengthen your core, support your pelvic floor, and straighten out that desk posture – without taking yourself too seriously. These physio-led mat classes deliver expert guidance, real strength and mobility results, and the occasional laugh (because glute bridges are more fun when your bum isn’t crying alone).

Mum & Bub Matwork:

Move, bond, and rebuild from the mat up. These physio-created and led Mama classes are designed to support your postnatal recovery with bub right next to you. We focus on core and pelvic floor strength, posture, joint stability and regaining confidence in your body – all in a baby-friendly, no-pressure environment.
Think guided rehab meets baby giggles (and yes! Feeding, cuddling, and nappy changes are totally welcome).

Mother's Group:

More than just a mother’s group – this is your village. Our physio-led 6 week Mum & Bub program combines gentle postnatal exercise with expert-led education in a supportive, baby-friendly space.
Each session includes:
– Guided movement to support recovery and build strength
– Chats with trusted experts on sleep, returning to exercise and sex, nutrition for mums and
baby allergies, and early speech
– Connection with other mums in the same season
Come as you are – feeding, napping, crying babies all welcome (and so are the mums!).

Mums Who LIFT:

Targeted strength training for mums! This women’s physio-led class is designed to help you build real strength – safely and confidently. Programs are individualised to YOU. We focus on technique and functional strength in a supportive environment to help power you through motherhood (and way beyond!).

QueenAgers Reformer:

This is your time to move, strengthen, and shine. Our QueenAgers reformer classes are designed for women 50 and over who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies – with a healthy dose of fun along the way.

Created and led by our women’s physios, each session supports bone, joint, and pelvic floor health with safe, smart, and effective movement. Whether you’re getting back into exercise, keeping the momentum going or building strength and fitness, you’ll feel right at home.

Let’s get you functionally fierce.

This class brings the fun to functional fitness. We’re talking squats, lifts, lunges, and laughs – all designed by physios to make you stronger where it counts (yes, including your pelvic floor).

Whether you’re wrangling toddlers, heavy groceries, or a busy schedule, this class has your back (and your glutes).

Dance Cardio:

Feel the beat. Sweat it out. Own the room.

This is your permission slip to let loose and move like nobody’s watching. We’ve collab’d with DanceFiit to bring you their epic Dance Cardio classes! A heart-pumping blend of music, movement, and major endorphins – no dance experience required, just good vibes and a willingness to groove.

Expect easy-to-follow combos, killer tunes, and a whole lot of fun.
It’s cardio … but make it a party.

Stretch & Roll:

Your body’s new favourite ritual.

Tight hips? Stiff shoulders? Frazzled nervous system? This is your antidote. Stretch & Roll blends deep, feel-good stretches with juicy massage ball release and calming breathwork that hits the reset button on stress.

If you are unsure what you should be attending, we highly recommend attending a Preclass Assessment with our clinicians. They will assess your body and make recommendations for returning to training.

These classes can be claimed with your private health fund if a pre-class assessment is attended.
