Katie is highly experienced and comes from a sports heavy background. She is deeply passionate about pre and postnatal care and sexual health.
When she’s not treating patients or taking pilates classes, Katie’s often adventuring on a hike, strength training at the gym, or training her puppy Lola.

Katherine is a passionate physiotherapist who has completed their Doctor of Physiotherapy and Bachelors of Exercise and Nutrition Science. She is dedicated to helping clients feel their best through movement and holistic care and discussing ways to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Katie is a passionate advocate for improving the quality of Women’s health and closing the gender gap of in health care.
Katie has a keen interest in all sports, with a background of rowing, strength and hybrid training, and a special interest in pre & postnatal care along with sexual health. She is currently completing her Level 1 APA Women’s Pelvic Health and Women’s health through the Life Stages certification and excited to continue to learn and grow as a clinician in this space. Katie is passionate about getting clients back to doing what they love and feeling their best.
