Physiotherapist and Mum
Having a background in private practice physiotherapy and a passion for women’s health since day one, Claire has honed her manual therapy skills in helping women of all ages with concerns such as lower back, neck and pelvic girdle pain.
Claire is particularly passionate about helping guide women through their pregnancy and through the early postnatal period. She enjoys empowering women to remain active and is a support for any hurdles along the way. This includes helping women with pregnancy or postnatal aches and pains, abdominal separation and bladder, bowel or pelvic floor concerns.
Claire’s passion project is connecting women together and started our very first All Women’s Health Mums Group for both new mums and expecting mums during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020. Having had a baby during the pandemic, Claire had first hand experience how important having these support networks are during this exciting but challenging time.
Outside of work Claire is a Mum to her boy Sonny and furbaby Hamish. You will often find Claire on weekends exploring the coast in her van with her partner and their family.
